Alli Karrels

Senior Development Manager

Hi, I’m Alli Karrels, the new Senior Development Manager for Secure Futures! I’m joining the organization with 15+ years of nonprofit experience and a Masters in nonprofit management from Johns Hopkins University. I am passionate about our mission of financial literacy and am excited to work for such a worthwhile cause. I also believe strongly in the power of entrepreneurship; it elevates the lives of individuals and communities. As an entrepreneur, I own Karrels Bakery which specializes in custom-designed sugar cookies, and the Carriage House of Sheboygan which offers short-term rentals. As a lifelong Wisconsinite, I am proud to join an organization working toward financial empowerment for the next generation.

I am a Georgia native and enjoy spending time with family and friends. Outside of work and school, I like to go on long walks by the lake, eat good food, watch movies, and see as much of the world as I can.
