Job Opening: Money Path Partnership Coordinator

Founded in 2006, SecureFutures is a dynamic and growing organization with a mission to provide financial literacy programs and resources to empower students to make sound financial decisions. SecureFutures currently partners with more than 250 high schools and community-based organizations across the state and beyond. Launched six years ago, Money Path is our newest innovation in equipping teens with the tools for financial freedom. This cutting-edge, web-based financial education application allows students to explore how their decisions about college, career, budgeting, and saving will impact their long-term goals and lifelong financial success.
The Money Path Partnership Coordinator will work in collaboration with the Money Path Partnership Manager and Money Path Delivery Specialist to expand access to Money Path. The Money Path Partnership Coordinator will also provide implementation and technical support to educators.
Responsibilities
- Money Path Expansion and Implementation Success
- Conduct outreach to educator partners, focusing on Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, and Washington counties.
- Deliver presentations at meetings and conferences to generate leads
- Build relationships with educators and support the implementation of their programs
- Provide training to educators
- Provide customized lesson materials as requested
- Solicit feedback and respond to any issues or challenges
- Contribute to the development and refinement of implementation materials to support educators
- Analyze program feedback and provide input regarding action steps
- Collaborate with the Director of Volunteer Programs, Program & Data Success Manager, and Volunteer Coordinator, as needed, to support volunteer-led Money Path programs
- Data Collection/Analysis & Database Management
- Utilize Salesforce and other tools to monitor programs as they move through stages of planning and execution
- Enter and maintain program data in Salesforce
- Update educator contact records in Salesforce in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor and encourage completion of student outcome surveys
- Monitor and encourage completion of educator evaluations
- Assist with periodic reporting on program activity and impact
- Other
- Contribute to marketing and partnership development strategies
- Plan and execute special initiatives including partner engagement/appreciation
- Represent SecureFutures at external events, as needed
- Participate in fundraising activities, as assigned
- Other duties, as assigned
Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Two years of program-related work experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Ability to communicate in a friendly, professional, and informative manner, verbally and in writing
- Computer proficient, experienced user of Microsoft applications and Google Drive
- Experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) database system, such as Salesforce, preferred
- Experience working in the education sector or with educators, especially at the high school level, is preferred
- Experience with curriculum development or lesson planning preferred
- Reliable, detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently
- Excellent project management skills
- Able to work cooperatively and effectively with diverse groups
- Strong “customer service” attitude
- Ability to work occasional evenings
- Some travel expected (typically <20% of time) and access to a reliable vehicle
