• Money Sense Information

What is Money Sense?

    • Money Sense teaches teens money management essentials. This flexible program, available in multiple in-person and virtual formats, introduces teens to financial basics like banking, creating a savings plan, managing a budgeting, and maintaining healthy credit
    • Typically taught in three 90-minute lessons, the program’s content can be presented by trained volunteers or directly by the educator
    • Money Path is designed to be used with high school aged teens who are ready for conversations around managing money

To provide access to your students, please complete the online scheduling form so that SecureFutures can know who will be using Money Sense.

Business community volunteers are available to present Money Sense for school or organizations located in the following counties in Wisconsin: Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, Kenosha, Ozaukee, Washington, Rock, Dane, OR in the greater Chicago area.

• Money Sense On Demand Program

What are they?

    • 14 online mini-lessons covering various personal finance and financial planning topics
    • Each module takes 15 to 30 minutes to complete, with options to read, watch, or listen to the information
    • Quizzes are available throughout to test learning
    • Certificates of completion are available to be emailed after completion of each module
