Welcome, Tessa!

Hi! I’m Tessa, and I’m excited to be joining the SecureFutures team as the Development Manager. My passion for working with young people began through my experiences in education and service work in high schools, where I discovered how meaningful it is to help students build confidence, develop skills, and grow into their potential. Over time, that passion led me to nonprofit work, where I’ve had experience in program development and fundraising. I’m thrilled to continue supporting teens and strengthening communities by sharing SecureFutures’ mission and building meaningful partnerships.

I recently graduated from Marquette University with my Master’s in Public Service. Outside of work, I love reading, creating art, spending time outdoors, and running around with my golden retriever, Bolt. I’m also a huge fan of Milwaukee, so you can often find me at Summerfest, the beach, or checking out a new restaurant!
